The semipermeable membrane separate the soil and the waste, which allows the H2O from the rain to pass but prevent most of the methane produced by waste to get through. The water from the rains cleans the waste and the layer of infilration can separate the poison liquid and the harmless substance. The methane is transformed by methane alternator to produce energy for the city and the poison liquid is treated by the center of sewage treatment.
